Sama Consulting was founded in Medellín by a team that had seen both sides of the equation — the talent Colombia produces, and the staffing challenges US law firms face. We knew there was a better way.
We started with a small number of law firm clients and a commitment to doing things differently: rigorous vetting, dedicated account management, and a genuine focus on long-term fit — not just fast placement. Your firm provides the role-specific training; we find the right person to train.
Today we serve traffic ticket, immigration, personal injury, and other law firm practice areas across the US. Our clients don't just save money — they build better teams, serve more clients, and grow with confidence.
